Each month includes two private, one-hour consulting calls, held bi-weekly.
These calls serve two distinct purposes:

1. Working On the Business

We step out of daily firefighting and into strategic build mode diagnosing bottlenecks, designing systems, and aligning the company for scale.

2. Navigating In the Business

We address real-time decisions: active deals, staffing issues, cash flow challenges, and operational friction that can’t wait.

Between calls, you’ll be assigned clear action items practical, executable tasks designed to move the business forward before the next session. Progress is not optional. Momentum is built in.

Direct Access Between Calls

Business doesn’t pause between meetings.

Clients in the BUILD PARTNER Program have direct access to Kimba Garcia via text or phone between sessions for time-sensitive guidance, decision support, and operational clarity.

This access is intentionally structured
